To check the shipping status of an order you placed, or view your order history, just Login with your account details and click on “My Orders”. Here you will find all orders you placed in the past year.

Yes. No matter how your order was placed, you have the ability to check your order status by clicking on the "My Orders" after Logging in.

Depending on the destination country, we ship from The Netherlands, Germany or UK, where we have our distribution warehouses.
